Anniversary Wine
Every year, around the time of their wedding anniversary (or sooner depending on availability), Aussie Wine Guy and his darling wife invest in one premium or ultra-premium bottle of wine. The plan is that, starting from our tenth anniversary onwards, we’ll open a cellar aged premium bottle each anniversary.
2011 will be our sixth wedding anniversary, which means we are only four years away from uncorking one of our excellent bottles of anniversary wine! Each year we will thoroughly review one chosen wine (whilst continuing to add to the collection!).
